"The hotel was very nice, but once you got into the elevator and went up to the floor, it was not very clean. The door to the room, barely shut. It didn’t look very clean, and there was shampoo packets from the people who previously stayed there that were not properly cleaned. It kind of seemed like they did some patchwork to make it look renovated, but honestly, the rooms looked like it was a pretty messy job. I would probably stay somewhere else next time. I did love the location though."

"My 3 year old said this place has the best view in the city. That's probably not true but the room was a good deal for our stay. The bathroom could use a good deep clean but otherwise the room felt clean and comfortable. Having self parking on site was a plus and my daughter enjoyed the hot breakfast (no gluten free options sadly). The staff was super wonderful especially the woman working the breakfast Friday morning. She really did her best to make me not feel too badly about the mess my kids made, even though I tried to clean it up. If we plan another trip to the Bronx area, would stay here again."

"The staff were extremely friendly and the vouchers we got were really nice for the coffee shop downstairs. The rooms were really nice and the shower was amazing. Location was really good and walkable to a lot of restaurants and also really close to Central Park. Would recommend the swan if you’re looking to stay on Broadway. We didn’t plan this, but it’s proximity to the 1 2 and 3 subway lines was also really nice."

"Ashraf front staff at hotel the villa at Longisland city he was super amazing n great person & he very very helpful he was very knowledgeable and very courteous and he was having great customer service & he gave me the best room.. even the room was very clean and good also. thank you ashraf for your excellent service. Two thumbs up for ashraf 👍👍will definitely recommend this hotel to every one"
