"Beautiful hotel, very central, staff friendly, breakfast plentiful. Room was hot and difficult to cool down and very small. If we came back we would probably book a larger room and go at a different time of year."
"Great location right in the centre of Rye and the staff were helpful. The room was bright and well cleaned. Enjoyed the breakfast.
Would have been nice to get a bit more ventilation as the weather was so hot. Also the WI-FI was rather unreliable, working at first and then stopping.

"Clean room. Very helpful staff. In the middle of all activities. Could not find hairdryer in the room. I thought that parking was available but it’s parking on the road and only two hours during the day but plentiful car parks nearby. Super ice cream shop attached to property."
"Generally very good, Very tasty evening meal , nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Only problem was the en-suite! The shower only produced a trickle of water and the sealer around the bath was dirty and needed to be renewed."

"Had a brilliant few days here. The house was lovely, perfect for our family of 5 plus dog! Felt spacious and comfortable. Well equipped for self catering. Close to the gorgeous beach, we loved our daily walks. Great selection of board games was an added bonus. Communication from the owners was great. No problems at all during our stay but they checked in via email to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely recommend. "
