Great countryside walks with stunning views on your doorstep, an array of wildlife, local pubs and a supermarket within walking distance. Fully fitted kitchen and a cosy log burner for those chillier evenings. Outdoor space with fire pit and grill. Great location with many places to visit in East Sussex.
The space
Located on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Peasmarsh, the 1960's Showman's Wagon has been totally restored internally providing a clean and modern living space while retaining its original outside features. The space includes a spacious living area with wood burning stove for those cosy evenings in plus central heating for the chillier seasons, a fully functioning kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet.
It boasts an amazing outside decking area, with dining table and chairs and a fire pit with cooking grill. Barbecue tools provided!
Over looking paddocks and fields, enjoy stunning sunsets and a host of wildlife.
Decking area is fenced to keep your pet safe.
Close to the East Sussex and Kent border, it's an ideal location providing many places of interest to visit.
Guest access
You will have your own unique space, with private entrance and parking. Your own decking area and access to outdoor firepit area. BBQ tools available for your use.
Other things to note
Well behaved dogs welcome but a maximum of two. There is a pony on site.
A complimentary fire starter kit will be provided and more logs, kits and charcoal are available to purchase during your stay.
Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided to get you started on your countryside break.
