Amazing comfort and outstanding service

Great location close to the train station and walking distance to Brabanthallen. Staff are super helpful and offer really good service. The room was large and clean with a fridge and a really great bathroom and shower. Really good hotel!

Clean, comfortable, friendly hotel

The staff is exceptional friendly and helpful. They left a handwritten, personal message in the room. The hotel is nice, clean and conveniently located. Only downside are the not so soundproof windows. You can hear the train passing.

From arriving til check out has been excellent service, all staff are welcoming and professional. Room was modern though did have issue with air Conditioning not functioning properly. Breakfast and evening dining was good standard.

Great stay as always

We had dinner in restaurant downstairs and food was great. Breakfast is highly priced, we skipped it. Gym is pleasant. Was dissapointed that rooftop bar was shut during our 4 night stay. Staff are extremely nice. Rooms very clean.

Very excellent staff assistance. Exceptionally comfortable beds, amazing bar and experiences all around. The only small problems would be the bedding covers, as they were always lose and messed up in the morning. However room service always fixed the bed as expected, but the bedding always came back out.

Very well designed hotel in new part of town. The area has a lot of promise with a few places to eat nearby and great supermarket but you will still need to walk into old part of town for action (15 min, nice walk if cross rail bridge and walk along canal). My deluxe room was well laid out, comfortable, a little compact but not a big issue for a city break. Great bathroom. Excellent breakfast & gym. I was able to hire a bike for €17 for day. Having some guest umbrellas on hand would be a nice touch as there was a bit of rain when I stayed.
