Really liked this hotel. Was nervous about the virtual reception, but it worked really well. We got there early going to leave our bags while we explored and didn't know how this would work with no reception. But the virtual receptionist was brilliant, spoke to a real person who checked us in and even got us in our room early. Same food experience when checking out and leaving luggage at the end of our stay. Hotel room was nice and comfortable. Great location.

Lovely place to stay. Perfect location. Virtual check-in (via vidlink to Amsterdam) went super smoothly: a model of how to do this. breakfast also very good. Highly recommended.

The quality of the fixtures and fittings was good, the hotel room was on the 3rd floor and was hard to get up and down due to the staircase and the TV didn’t work

Geen personeel maar zelf inchecken. Mooie aanbieding voor simpele kamer kreeg ik lux schoon met prachtig uitzicht op sintJan. Ook nog koelkastje,regendouche en heeel groot bed. En 2trappen op was te doen.

Dit was ons tweede verblijf in dit hotel. Bij aankomst voelden we ons niet echt welkom. Zowel bij de deur als bij het scherm was de ontvangst onpersoonlijk en kortaf. Ook bij het uitchecken misten we een persoonlijke benadering; er werd niet eens gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was geweest. Daar staat tegenover dat de persoon die onze koffers naar boven bracht juist erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Helaas werd onze kamer tijdens ons verblijf niet schoongemaakt en werd ook het toiletpapier niet aangevuld. Dat vonden we erg jammer en zeker niet passend bij de verwachtingen die je van een 4 sterren hotel mag hebben. Al met al viel ons tweede verblijf behoorlijk tegen. Juist omdat we hier al eerder met plezier waren geweest, is het extra teleurstellend. Voor ons is dit helaas de reden om niet meer terug te komen.

Perfecte plek naast de St Jan. Schone mooie kamer. Wel allemaal balken op de bovenste kamers dus oppassen met je hoofd. Het enige jammere vond ik dat er geen receptie is maar op een IPad moet inchecken. Voor vragen komt er wel een medewerker in beeld dus prima geholpen maar vind het toch jammer.

Prachtige kamers met veel sfeer onder andere door de oude details van het pand. We hebben, ondanks dat het Jazz festival voor de deur was, heerlijk geslapen. De bedden zijn comfortabel en er zijn heerlijke kussens. Badkamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en een lekker ruime douche. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug!
