"I liked the location. Everything to see around the CBD is within an easy walking distance. However the sixth floor apartment was noisy. I was woken frequently at night from loud traffic and siren sounds. Street noise could be heard as a low thrumming inside the bedroom at night. I was really disappointed with the quality of the apartment’s bathroom. The shower screen is old and it needs to be bleached and the bathroom basin also needs to be replaced. The toilet is located really close to the shower screen opening which looks really strange. The apartment had a comfortable bed and good linen. It supplied a good range of soaps and laundry powder. The lady at reception was helpful and kind keeping our bags safe until check-in time. I do not think I’ll stay there again because the apartment was not insulated sufficiently to block the noise."

"I feel the hotel is overpriced for the level of service you receive. We stayed in a room that had club access. In the night there were young children running around I feel young toddler children shouldn’t be allowed in the club room. We also went to the club room for breakfast and all tables that weren’t already taken had dirty plates on them. I had to go ask a staff member if they’re able to clean the table so we could sit down. I feel they were very short staffed. The rooms were very clean and lovely though. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again. Or recommend for over $400 per night! I expected better service."
