"Hotels.com sells two different hotels/buildings with the same pictures and when you buy you can't be sure which one you have booked. The other building has no pool or reception and both are sold with the same pictures which is really misleading. Seaside Naithon is in my opinion the only building next to Wynthon and we were offered a room for the second week in a different building with no name mentioned on the building?!"
"Just needed some where to stay during the day as we had a 10pm flight. Was cheaper than a our hotels late check out, very convenient and comfortable with enough eating options to make our stay comfortable."
"Just somewhere to sleep. A little bit of tlc around the bathroom ie: poor taps and shower head (require unblocking etc) would help. Plenty of storage to properly unpack and a few more hangers made it practical! A comfortable chair and a small table would also be useful if you want to sit outside in the evening. Not unpleasant and adequate for solo travellers! Quiet area but plenty of eating and drinking places just five minutes away. "
"Nobody at office all day. About 40 degree in the office . Pipe from the toilet leaking for long long time and water going in the shower . Your feet are in it .
Rest of room old and used . No maintenance here . Cleaning staff not friendly either. Go to the next street at Sonwa resort .same price but a world of difference . "
"This place is very handy for airport - expect to pay 400 bhat. Pool area is nice & pool towels are provided. We didn’t end up staying the night but used the rooms which were clean, cool & good with a fridge & sink but only coffee, tea & whitener provided so bear in mind. We got drinks & snacks by the pool which were good. Staff are nice. Walk to beach but the shortcut from the side road has been blocked over by a wall so its a slightly longer way around."
"This property isn't for everyone, it's a self service apartment building and it provides all the comfort for someone looking for a long or short stay, close to the airport and relatively accessible for most tours for hotel pickup.
The property is also close to many walkable attractions so I was thoroughly satisfied and will definitely return. Note; this is more suitable for single/couples and not families."

It is a quiet area. The commute to area's at the opposite end of the island is a bit of a hassle d/t traffic. It is a great area to stay in if you are looking for rest and relaxation

If you looking for a place where there's loads of shopping and food places outside the hotel this is not the place I would recommend Patong also there are loads of hotels that have similar names so make sure you tell them this one is the lagoon.

"The nature Phuket is a great hotel to stay at. Highly recommend staying here. The staff are very helpful, the cleaners do an amazing service, the pool and pool bar are awesome, especially buy one get one at the pool bar that lasts for 3 hours. Can’t wait to see you next time 🙂"

"The location was amazing. Easy walking distance to food, entertainment, beach + easy transportation options. Great internet access. Amazing views of Patong Beach and the mountains. The rooftop pool was a major plus. If I had a complaint, the bed could be softer. It was rock hard for me."
