We found ants in the sink, and the sockets would often spark when we plugged something in, including their tv plug. Some members of our family have sensitive noses, and the fragrance sprayed in the apartment bothered them. Although they responded quickly to our questions, we were initially given the wrong address and had to walk through a maze of similar looking buildings to find the right one. We also waited twenty minutes to check out. "
