Very nice place to stay. Great view and localisation. The staff at the reception was very nice and very helpfull! They helped us to find the best way to visit Sa Pa!

The place is nice, the location is good, the only bad point is they put us on the 7th flr with no elevator and I am 65 yrs old, the view is nice up there.

Was not aware of the lay out of hotel. To see view had to leave my curtains open and everyone walking by can look into my room. To have privacy needed to keep curtains closed, then no view, no window. Have not been a room with no windows are anyway to get sun light, unless I open my curtain and everyone walking by can see into my room

I don't usually review hotels, but Sapa Village Hotel was exceptional and I thought it deserved a review. It's not in the most crowed area of hotels and shops, but we liked that. It was easy to walk to the lake, which is very beautiful and only 5-10 minutes from Sapa station, where you can get the cable car to Fansipan. We even walked to Cat Cat village from our hotel. The property also felt special with the terrace patios, with beautiful plants everywhere, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice location, good view of the city

Ms. Theo at the reception helped us in a lot of ways flexibly. The location is nice, a little apart from the crowded part of the city. The only unlucky thing for us was the neighbors of the same floor partied at the shared balcony till late. We had to wake up early next morning.

Don’t bother! Cockroaches and ants all over the place, I’d changed rooms three times in first night and all the same with bugs and noise. No lift. The town is on a mountain and after a while day of walking up and down hills which I expected but then I’d to climb 8 flights of steps X 15 steps per flight. Just make sure you have everything before you go down the steps hahaha. Staff are awful. You’re just a tourist and not a wages paying guest!!

가족여행이라 룸을 5개 예약했다. 베드2개짜리 방을 예약했는데... 한방에 엑스트라베드를 떡하니 해놓았다.. 사파의 12월은 엄청 춥다... 전기장판이 필요할 정도였다. 근데 거기한곳만 이불도 봄가을이불.... 난 방을 바꿔달라고 요청하자 만실이라 베드를 다른곳과 교체해 줬다... 아마도 우리처럼 다른방과 비교할수 없는 어떤룸은 그 엑스트라 베드를 이용했지 않을까??? 그것 말고는 직원의 친절도나 모두 괜찮았다... 근데 튼튼한 두다리가 팔요하다... 엘리베이터 없는건 알았는데.. 7층에 숙박한 우리는 하루 조식1회와 여행하고 중간에 호텔에 들어올수 없었다... 산을 오르는 느낌이라 다리가 너무 아팠다 ㅠㅠ 짐은 모두 호텔직원들이 들어줘서 괜찮았지만... 2박을 여기서 묵으면서 다리아픈건 정말 힘들었다..그점만 아니라면 괜찮았다

The hotel is on the hillside, higher floors open the window from the room are mountains view. The hotel 250 meter away from Sapa Express Bus station. Close to the lake in 2 minutes walk. From the lake there is a road can walk over to Sapa City Centre. From the hotel turn to the left 800m there is a night market open till 12am. You can get a lot of BBQ stalls there. Room is very very clean. I booked twin bed. Beds are big and comfortable to sleep.

쾌적하고 좋은 숙소입니다. 밤에 보이는 사파시티의 야경이 아름답습니다. 조식은 그다지 맛있진 않고 엘리베이터가 없는게 흠입니다. 그래도 모든 직원들이 친절하고, 일찍 나오고 들어가는 사파 특성에 맞게 얼리체크인 가능, 조식도 다른 호텔보다 일찍 제공되고, 조식시간 전 퇴실해야할 때 요청 시 포장도 가능합니다. 친절하고 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.
