- For the peace of mind of our guests and for the protection of the property, the accommodation has an alarm system and security cameras located exclusively in the external areas.

The cameras have a privacy cover, which guests can keep closed throughout their stay if they wish, guaranteeing their privacy and comfort at all times.

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday accommodation must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this; in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

A charge of 0.30 Eur/kWh for electricity consumption will be applied, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
