This charming 170m² vacation home is located in Sa Pobla, a small town on the island in the northern part of Majorca in Spain's sunny Balearic Islands. The holiday home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), television, a DVD player, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. The home is suitable for children and a baby bed and highchair are available (upon request). Guests can relax outdoors in the furnished garden, sun next to the pool, sit in the covered and open terraces, or cook on the grill, all private features. The home is surrounded by nearby restaurants, bars, cafes and other shops, many of which are just a 2 to 3 minute (under 1 km) drive. The home is located close to the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO world heritage site, and offers great outdoor adventures. Spectacular beaches, such as the Alcudia Beach and Na Patana, are 25 minutes (17 to 19 km) away from the property by car. Horseback riding is available at the Hipica Formentor ranch, just an 11 minute (6 km) drive away. Campanet Caves offers guided tours of local caves just 15 minutes (9 km) away by car and hiking areas, such as the Puig de Maria and the Puig Son Villa, are just a 15 minute (9 km) drive. The Pollensa Golf Club, a 9- (soon to be 18-) hole course, is 18 minutes (13 km) away by car. The area offers over 136 cycling routes of various degrees of difficulty that wind through the rugged, mountainous landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 40 minute (50 km) drive from the property.

Loved the kitchen and garden area.

Pros: Loved the kitchen and garden area. Cons: AC available only in 1 room and kitchen. It was hot, so would have been helpful if there were more ACs in other rooms. Would be nice to have more kitchenware i.e. mugs, cups etc.
