This is a lovely European hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The building is 400 years old so the layout is a bit quirky. There is no elevator but the room had all the modern amenities. There are ground floor rooms. There was a spiral staircase to our first floor room. The hotel is centrally located. We walked from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the river cruise dock.

Our check in went smoothly. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The property is undergoing some renovation; however, no inconvenience or noise. Would return again do to proximity to everything.

"We had an amazing stay here. The shuttle makes it very easy to go to the Disney park. The shuttle can be busy so the earlier you go to the park, the more likely you’ll be able to fit on the shuttle. Hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly."
