"I had a lovely stay at the Riad Awa , the staff was exception ( they go above and beyond for their guests ), the Riad is located in the edge of the kabash , everything is within walking distance (restaurants , attractions , access to taxis ) . It is a nice quiet oasis away from the hustle of the city . If I ever go back to Marrakesh , I will stay here again . "

"The Riad was exquisite. As soon as we entered the Riad, we were treated like royalty. The place was extremely clean, the room was beautifully decorated, luxurious linens and was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and respectful! They greeted us with tea, assisted us with luggage, helped us with booking the Spa and arranged the transfer to the airport. Breakfast was scrumptious and had lots of variety. Overall we had an amazing experience. Highly recommend it!"

"Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. The riad is very well maintained, clean, and tastefully decorated with traditional Moroccan details. Rooms are comfortable with good air-conditioning, quality bedding, and reliable hot water all important after long days exploring the city. The team truly makes the difference. Laurence, Fatima,Soufian and Said were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay from practical advice and directions to thoughtful personal touches that made us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfasts were fresh, generous, and well prepared, and the riad remained peaceful and quiet at night, which is a real bonus in the Medina. Overall, Charm d’Orient offers excellent value, warm hospitality, and a great location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic yet comfortable riad experience in Marrakech. "

The spa and spa services are excellent. The room and the common areas were amazing and full of details. The area around the hotel (Casbah) has lots of convenient shops and services. It is located a short walk from everything you'd want to see in Marrakech."
