Check-in was easy, but if you do the holiday club apartments, it is a bit of a walk to the apartments (5-10 minutes) depending on how much luggage you are lugging in the snow.

We had an amazing stay. The staff is extremely friendly! Our car got stuck in the snow and we needed assistance getting it out. The front desk agent in the evening called a taxi for us and called us back to make sure that the taxi had arrived. The next morning the front desk agent Santeri took care of everything for us, arranging for a Polaris to help get our car out, calling us a taxi and keeping us informed along the way. Amazing breakfast included in the room cost 7-10am, got a free upgrade to a suite with a personal sauna in our room, perfectly located in the middle of the village. Maybe 5-7 minute walk to the top of the village and 20th to the downhill ski resort. 3 min walk to the trails. Everything was amazing!
