Irish Cottage Inn & Suites

"Enjoyed the stay and very nice property convenient to area activities. Our suite was great. Main reason for only 4 stars is due to timing of amenities. Restaurant did not open until 4p, the shuttle downtown did not run until 3p, and breakfast did not start until 7:30a while unlocking door times for breakfast were WEGTI (when we get to it) although their breakfast is worth the wait. This was our first trip to Galena and looked forward to the visiting the many things to see and do. Unfortunately the hotel times made it difficult to plan and coordinate off property activities. Even with the timing issues we recommend this property and would stay again."

"Scenic grounds. Our room (Mississippi Suite) was beautiful with a lovely view. The screened in deck was a bonus (comfortable furniture included). Breakfast delivered to our room was so yummy. We enjoyed a delicious dinner on site that definitely impressed. Only a short drive to downtown Galena. We will definitely return"

"This was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast. The home was beautiful and decorated for Halloween 🎃 The room was clean. We had a private bathroom. The food was wonderful and Carol was a wonderful hostess. We will definitely recommend to others and plan to stay again in the future."
