"The hotel is absolutely unique in that it has the best possible, unobstructed view of the Mont St Michel. However, the property is dated and a good renovation is needed. One important problem is that there is no air-conditioning and the rooms can get quite warm. The restaurant is also striking with its view on the Mont, but the food is not high quality. Another problem is accessing the place. There is a system where customers are being given a code to enter a restricted area. The code was never sent to me and I spent 30’ trying to contact the hotel for somebody to give it to me. The code, however, does not work when you try to leave the area and return back. You need a new one and story repeats itself. Very frustrating…"
