"It was an awesome experience staying on the island …. Only a few steps up from the entrance to Mont Saint Michelle. The room was large, bed was very comfortable, and a great shower. Note: Stay on the second floor. Rooms do not have air conditioning and our open window invited people to look in and engage with us from the walkway immediately in front of our room."

"Our room was reasonably cheap and very adequate given its location and cost. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent albeit in a different but close by hotel. The island is car free but the car parking arrangements just off the island were great and worked really well."

"For parking we need to call in to get the code. The room is a bit old but it has its charm and spending the night walking during the night in Mont Saint Michel alone is a must do. Breakfast in the morning was great"

"Basic but clean and cosy. Would have preferred porcelain cups for my hot drink... paper cups made it rather challenging. Bit of a hassle getting out of the gated area in the morning, a long line of cars and campervans all held up because of issues with the exit console that seemed to plague everybody. My third attempt finally succeeded. Breakfast was great food. Friendly and helpful staff."

"The hotel was conveniently located for our stop off around Mont St Michel. The hotel and room were both in immaculate condition. We didn't make use of the spa as we thought it pretty expensive for just a 1 hour slot, but that was our choice, rather a reflection on the spa itself."
