Hello, my family and I arrived at this hotel and checked in at 1:00 AM on 02/21/2026. The conditions were terrible: the room smelled like cigarettes, it was dirty, there was shouting at 4:00 AM, and the equipment was not working — the heater didn’t work, and the kids were cold during the night. In the morning at 10:00 AM, we came to the front desk and asked to cancel. The front desk told us they couldn’t do it right then but that they would do it later. We then booked a hotel at the next exit (La Quinta) and had a great stay the following night. How can I get a refund? It’s clear the hotel is not going to issue one. Thank you.

For what thing they don’t ever give you clean towels they never change your linen and also the TV never worked. It never gave us the remote to it. The service was very bad. Roaches constantly popping up in the restroom. Had to sleep with the bathroom lights on throughout my stay in hopes of them staying away. Ended up killing 5 of them regardless. Mold in bathroom around tub. Quite a few unsavory/questionable people talking/yelling loudly throughout the night. At 62 I was a bit afraid for my safety as I was put in a room upstairs away from the stairs. There was also a cat in a room windows that scared me immensely.. It jumped up and hissed at me EVERY time I had to pass by.

I booked a room from 10-31-25 to 11-2-25 in in suite 107 I was in front office for like 5 mins no one came to help me I called no answer I called from room phone no answer I’ve been calling trying to reach someone since 7:09 pm still no answer so now I’m reaching out by email this is inconvience because I’m disabled one ac doesn’t work in room I haven’t had no microwave no smoke detectors at all I need fresh towel linens soap tissue so who do I contact I paid my $ for 2 nights this is not right also before checking out we had to kill 1 roach and 1 roach was dead so we checked out and told the front desk about this and showed her the video she was going to let owner know but I’ve yet to hear from anyone Please call me back Linda Musa 5105935552
