My partner and I stayed for one night at the Alice in Wonderland themed room. The owner, Rhonda, was extremely nice and she explained the door locks, rooms, checkout process, amenities, etc very concisely and it was easy to understand. She was also very timely with communication before the stay which is always appreciated as a guest. The room itself was very fun to be in and clean. The decorations were beautiful! It felt like there was always something new to look at every time we glance...

This hotel is very very nice and the staff looks after you no matter the issue! My favorite hotel in Sacramento!!!

Great front desk staff, bartender was a sweetheart and food is pretty good. The one down side is that they dont have free parking at all. Its either valet or $25/4 hours parking. There is also metered parking, but who wants to constantly worry about feeding the meter?

New property. Comfortable and warm environment. Staff was excellent. Rooms fresh and comfortable. Awesome showers!

Very clean and comfortable. The room felt crisp and clean which put me at ease knowing that it’s well kept. I will be staying at this same hotel or hotel brand in the future. It was nice to have a kitchenette with all appliances and utensils

This hotel is great and the staff are amazing. The area around the hotel (outside property line) is a little rough due to the train and tram traffic, as well as the occasional homeless person, but the hotel grounds are well manicured and safe. The hotel is very clean and well kept and the staff are great at making sure that you have everything that you need. Alfred was especially awesome with making sure everyone had what they need and are enjoying the breakfast offerings. Have stayed here twice...

Place was awesome. Free parking, rooms were very updated and clean. Drybar products as well ladies! We will stay here again if we come to Sac. Very walkable to downtown and area seemed safe.

Awesome more like an apartment than a hotel- spacious 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, fridge, utensils, stove and 3 TVs! The hot tub is awesome especially when it is cold outside. Breakfast is also very good.

I was disappointed in the way the room fees and incidental fee was not explained and then not being told we have to pay for parking so just things that were no disclosed till right at payment time and also there was alot of marajuana smell the whole time and that was annoying.

Parking in front of the hotel during check -in times is extremely difficult because there of the limited space in front of the hotel. Offering information on alternative parking locations before arrival would be very helpful.
