"Upon arrival, they allowed us to check in early which was very nice as we were exhausted. We were shown to our room which was spacious and had its own bathroom. After a couple hours nap, we walked around the house to check out the property which was unkept. I don’t know if they maintain it better in the summer, but going at the end of the “off season” it was looking a little rough. Come bed time, it was very cold in our room. "Breakfast looked delicious. The hotel did have a problem with mosquitos which was being fixed a few days after we left, everyone in my family received mosquito bites while at the hotel. Rooms are located on the fifth floor with a small elevator. The pillows felt flat and not supportive. The staff was nice and spoke English. The best part was the central location. "
