I would consider this a hidden gem but once you find it, it will be well worth it. This is a family owned and operated establishment, so it was a pleasure doing business with the local community. Mario was a phenomenal host and extremely accommodating. The room was beautiful, our balcony had a lovely view of the backyard, which rivals some of the gardens we have seen throughout Rome. The communal terrace and sunroom were thoughtful and a nice space to relax. The only downside was location, my partner stated if she was solo traveling she would be uncomfortable walking alone, but the stay was so great that this was overlooked.

This cannot be written quickly. Some things on the hotels.com web site were not so clear, but I booked because of the high user rating. First: it is not that easy to find, unless you know there is no sign. This is a B&B in a larger apartment building.
