クーラーの清掃をしてないのか、つけたらカビ臭い臭いがした。 一部の客は、マスクせずチェックイン。共有スペースでのマスク着用無し感染対策がなされていない。 食事時、家族連れの母親と子供が炊飯器や味噌汁鍋の蓋を開けたまま、マスクせずに炊飯器や鍋越しに会話していて、御飯と味噌汁(初回)を食べたかったが感染リスクを考え食べなかった。御飯はお櫃、味噌汁は食事時に配膳して欲しい。せっかく楽しみにしていたが、食欲が無くなりました。食事の時、改善してもらいたい。
