Our stay at Hotel Oosado was outstanding. From arrival to departure the hotel staff was helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. Our suite was clean, large and well appointed with all the modern amenities one could want in a 5-star hotel. The ocean view from our balcony was beautiful and breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of Japanese and western style dishes. Our dinner kaiseiki was outstanding in taste and presentation that highlighted all the great seafood and vegetables from around Sado Island. We enjoyed our stay and was sad to leave such a wonderful place. We would definitely stay at Hotel Oosado on our next visit to Sado Island and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.

宿泊施設の対応は良かったが、エクスペディアは、最悪もう二度と使わない！日本人なのに中国人で登録され、受付番号も間違いで、登録されていなく、予約が無かった、施設のフロントが対応してくれて、部屋を用意してくれて泊まれた。最悪佐渡まで来て泊まれない方が考えられた。エクスペディアは皆さん使わない方が良いです

宿泊施設自体についてはとくに問題なく、快適に過ごせました。ただし、エクスペディアとの連携のまずさ（夕食手配の有無、子ども年齢範囲の違いなど）が見受けられました。エクスペディア側のWEB受付フォーマットとホテル側の実態が合っていないことが問題であり、エクスペディア側への課題提起とします。
