Best Western Safford was disappointing. It’s remote, few good dining options nearby and trash both in the parking lot and piled in the areas around the ice machine. I would not stay at this property again and happy to move on.

I really liked everything about this hotel. My only complaint is that the jacuzzi was out of order, the pool water was too cold to get into due to weather. The front desk staff is excellent, they are professional, polite and friendly. The room was really nice and clean. I would stay here again if they fix the jacuzzi.

Is nice room, Comfortable bed, Lose the jumbo pillows and get a sleeping pillow. Don't care for the quilted comforter. The breakfast was somewhat lacking. OJ machine not working. At 6 AM the potatoes looked like yesterday's.

The room was updated including new towels and sheets. The hallways were warm, but the rooms were cold. The room could be a tad cleaner, but was decent. Quiet, considering it was occupied by a lot of the miners that work nearby as they all get up a lot earlier than I did. Was only there 1 night for a work trip so it was ok. I would stay here again if the price went down. Definitely wasn't worth $166 a night.

Also wenn man sich an der Rezeption beim Check-In nur mühsam von seinem Privathandy losreißen kann, macht das schon mal keinen guten, ersten Eindruck. Ich stelle mir den Job ja auch eher langweilig vor, aber dennoch. Und dann lässt sie mich an der Rezeption stehen, nimmt wieder ihr Handy und ich stehe kurz ratlos da, ob der Check-in nun abgeschlossen ist oder ob sie noch etwas möchte oder mir vielleicht wenigstens sagt, wo der Fahrstuhl ist. Das Zimmer, nun ja. Ich mag diese Zimmer mit Durchgangstür nicht. Denn auch wenn die Tür verschlossen ist - hätte ich spanisch verstanden, hätte ich das Telefonat des Nachbars mitschreiben können. Könnt ihr nur Pappwände bauen? Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Damit war ich zufrieden. Ich war hier eine Nacht - mehr muss auch nicht sein. Vor allem für die frechen Preise von über $220, die hier teilweise pro Übernachtung in einem Doppelzimmer verlangt werden. In NYC meinetwegen, aber nicht in so einem Ort wie Safford...
