Cozy AND Blue
This well manicured house is indeed painted blue on the outside. Parking is alongside and off the street and spacious. An iron framed fence with wooden slats and a one-hand latch allow easy access to the front porch.
There a rocking chair and hanging swinging bench await, great for watching the sunset. The electronic lock needs the four-digit access code followed by the "|||" key and the deadbolt retracts right in.
The inside is kept cool by a split unit in the living room, which includes a large flat-panel TV (didn't use it) and it is SPACIOUS! WiFi is strong and service is good, and a coffee table would create a work area... but then there's also the solid wood dining table with high chairs and plenty of room to work.
The kitchen has everything you'd expect but also a ton of glassware, cooking utensils, an AMZChef oven, and a spacious side by side fridge/freezer. During my visit it was stocked with ketchup and mustard, just perfect for grilling -- brought my own mayo :)
Bedrooms are nicely adorned, beds made to military spec flat with no bumps, lumps, unevenness, etc.
The host was EVER SO COMMUNICATIVE that it almost felt like she replied before I even hit "Send." Amazing. On a weekend even.
The house is at the end of Airport Road, so it's a straight shot to Inde Motorsports Ranch, the Willcox airport, and is about 1/2 mile from shopping, fast food, gas stations, etc. It couldn't have been a better location for my visit.
