"The house itself was nice but the outside not so much. The general maintenance of the patio was lacking. For a house with 3 bedrooms, there were only 2 comfortable chairs. All the rest were basically benches. Not good for 4 seniors.The barbeques & barbeque area were not usable (actually a mess). The rest of the yard appears to be a work in progress. If any of us had a dog, it would not be allowed outside. "

"Wilcox, being such a small town, there's really not that many options for nice places to stay. The hotels are all kind of meh and none of them Really offer a room or space, big enough for an entire family, or for kids to have fun and yeah To say the least, that was my situation. My wife's family lives in Wilcox, and we live in black staff. We all live in trailers on rv parks. So when we go to visit each other, it's kind of hard with very limited space. Especially with the kids so I can't thank...

"The home is located on a quiet road on a beautiful large property. More than enough space for our family of 3 to stay. Everything was clean and in great order. Amenities included a fully stocked kitchen which was appreciated. Enjoyed seeing Javelina on the property at night, and an abundance of Quail and Cardinals throughout the day. Highly recommend"

"Property does 90% of the work, add in a great group of friends and this trip will be incredible. Beautiful Mountain views, hikes nearby, delicious catering options from Cave Creek Sandwich shop. Glen is a great host and the whole property was ready for our stay. This is the second bachelor weekend we have done here, and it does not disappoint."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hummingbird Ranch. The place was super clean, comfortable, and very well decorated. Renee and Steve were easy to communicate with. The property is perfect for stargazers and/or astrophotographers. Think of it as your own private oasis in the desert, surrounded by mountains off in the distance. We were delighted with the clear skies and the resulting photos. There are numerous hiking trails and historical sights as close as a half hour drive. We can’t wait to return."

"After doing a lot of searching and reading we selected this property largely because of the number of good reviews. They were not wrong. This is a very special place that was completely built by the hosts. Everything you need for your stay other than food and clothes are provided should you choose to use them. "This was one of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Comfortable beds and furniture. Easy, well appointed kitchen. Our 2 dogs were relaxed here. Rachel was very responsive to the few questions that we had. Great location for the Wine Festival in Railroad Park. We had a delicious dinner at La Unica. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the labeling of all the items and locations, the cozy 1970s vibe, and the location of our park destination. We also enjoyed our conversation with the owners of the working ranch. The mini museum on the property had a lot of history and cool artifacts. We loved it!"
