"Frau Karger ist eine wirklich sehr nette, ältere , sehr freundliche Dame. Hilfsbereit, kommunikativ, höflich und ums Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Leider konnte das den Zustand der angebotenen Unterkunft nicht aufwiegen. Die komplette Einrichtung ist sehr sehr sehr alt, das Sofa dazu noch total fleckig, zum Teil sogar schon mit einer Decke bedeckt. Wir hatten glücklicherweise grosse Handtücher zum draufsetzen übrig. Im Bad hat ein Wasserschaden den Hängeschrank komplett ruiniert, was aber nicht dazu...

"Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist günstig um die schönsten Orte der Insel zu erreichen."

"Die traditionelle Männerreise zum Vatertag hat uns in die "Alte Bäckerei" nach Neddesitz geführt. Für 10 Personen ist das Haus ideal. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt und der urige Garten war perfekt zum entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos und freundlich. Die Gruppe war äußerst zufrieden. Wir können die "Alte Bäckerei" sehr empfehlen."

Great accommodation but check-in challenging

"The accommodation is a guest house, not a hotel, and I booked for a business trip and my first night was a Sunday. As per the instructions on the website I contacted the hotel prior to my visit as I would be arriving after the official check-in time. I didn’t receive any response and arrived on the Sunday evening to find the main building closed with nobody at home. I went ‘round the back and found the (closed) reception with instructions for me on a Post-it note sellotaped to the door. When I found my room, which was warm and welcoming, I received an SMS from the owner with instructions. Overall I was happy with the accommodation but I wouldn’t have had to worry so much (about not being able to check in) if I had received the access instructions earlier."
