Your own slice of waterfront paradise awaits in this stylishly updated ranch home. Those looking for tranquility will love the setting, 13 miles outside of Sandpoint on the Pend Oreille River. Spend the morning on deck with coffee, and the afternoon on the dock enjoying the spectacular sunsets. Inside, you’ll find a stylishly updated space with a layout perfect for both spending quality time together and privacy. The main bedroom suite, separated from the other three bedrooms, features direct deck access, a small seating area and en suite bathroom. The full kitchen offers plenty of workspace and all the appliances, smaller gadgets, and accessories you need to whip up feast. The dining table seats 10, or you can keep it casual and pull up a barstool at the kitchen island.

When it’s time to head out, there are lots of hiking trails nearby, and Sandpoint is an easy drive or boat ride away. If you're visiting in the winter, make use of the convenient storage area in the garage for your skis and snowboards. In the evening, turn on the electric fireplaces for added ambiance and grab one of the many puzzles or games out of the guest room closet to play together. More entertainment options include three TVs, a DVD player and library, as well as a Playstation 2 and Super Nintendo. Spend time in the yard with one of the many outdoor games available, including ring toss, Yardzee, badminton, and lawn darts. End the night gathered around the fire pit by the water, trading stories about the day – and making plans for another great vacation day tomorrow.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: The dock can fit a small boat, nothing larger than 20 feet, such as kayaks, canoes, small fishing boats or small pontoons.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
