Very accommodating stay. Staff were very informative of the property. Clean and peaceful. We enjoyed the balcony with amazing views, as well as the spa areas for downtime.

Great place to visit the Swiss Alps in the Laax community. Location and view is spectacular!

Stayed there over new Years and we had an amzing time. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are great and extremly spacious. The location is great for all kinds of aktivities (especially to go skiing in Flims and Laax) and also to go shopping and dinning in Chur. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. Booked last minute for a 1-day ski trip, we loved this place. Great amenities, wonderful super friendly staff, continental breakfast was awesome (especially if you’re used to US continental bfast…). Incredible Gym area downstairs and lockers to store your ski gear (even after you checkout!). Only thing missing was a spa/hottub!!

5/5 - Best "jail break" ever! Absolutely loved our stay at Bogentrakt Hostel. Sleeping in a former prison cell with original heavy doors was such a unique concept, but the hostel itself is modern, bright, incredibly clean, and cozy. Perfect location in Old Town Chur, super close to the station, and the staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is brand new and conveniently located close to the highway. We had a high room away from the elevator as requested, with modern design and a nice view with huge windows. There is a shopping mall in the building complex. Breakfast was good but somewhat limited in choice. If you plan to drive there, call in advance and clarify the situation for parking. Excellent friendly staff

Arrived after dark after a flight from the U.S. and train to Chur. Stayed one night as we took the Bernina Express the next morning. Hotel is modern and spacious enough and convenient to the train station (8-10 minute walk). Breakfast was very good and early enough to catch the BE which departs at 8:30 AM. There is a good Italian restaurant across a side street from the hotel. Wish we had planned to be in Chur longer as it looked to be an interesting place to explore.

Located in Sporz, just above Lenzerheide... Surrounded by an incredible nature with breathtaking views on mountains and valleys! Incredible hotel composed by several typical chalets refurbished with all the modern comfort and a cosy atmosphere. Staff is really nice, available and helpful in every situation... Spas is totally worth it. Little extras: free shuttles that will take you on the ski slopes and a free “goûter” for after ski! Great stay, I will definitely come back!
