We (my wife, a 7 months old, a 3 year.old with a broken leg and myself) for over 30mins until this issue was resolved. Unacceptable. The gentlemen couldnt tell me why the price had increase by over 50%. I had to contact hotels.com to resolve the situation but by them the expereince at the hotel was already tarnished. "
