"Treated like a second class person as we had a guide dog. Put in an awful room! Requested a fridge and to have a patio door but ignored. Paid premium price £171 of which £25was for our Guide Dog who is cleaner than a lot of their guests apparently. Compared to our previous stay it was very poor. Even said we were not allowed to stay in the room we had as it had been refurbished and no longer a dog room. So basically all their old rooms they hired out to dog owners at premium prices as not...
