"My family & I had a lovely time in Florence. The apartment was modern, comfortable, & smartly designed. It was ideally situated within walking distance of Il Duomo & other city attractions. We would definitely return on a future trip."
"Everything about this place was good except for the internet. To get a stable connection, you had to sit in the kitchen or go outside your room, which was a bit inconvenient.
One thing to note: hotels in Italy typically do not provide hair conditioner. They usually only offer two small bottles of shampoo and two very small bars of soap, so be sure to bring your own hair products.

"only problem was a/c- and it was the hotest Florence had been in years. The rooftop bar was excellent. Great people,the staff was pleasant and attentive. Go there!"
"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. There was cool art and sculptures on every floor and it has a ton of style. It is immaculately clean and very quiet. The bathroom was the biggest and cleanest of all the other places I stayed in Europe. The owners were friendly, helpful and professional. There was a tasty, local, free breakfast in a small room on the first floor and a cool patio on the roof. It is right by the Piazza del Mercato Centrale and all of the museums and sights are within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying there the next time I am in Florence! "
