"The hotel is very modern with a vibrant atmosphere. It had an amazing roof top area with gardens, a large swimming pool, loungers and bar. Its a 10 minute walk from the station, so is slightly away from the central tourist area, however one of the tram lines stops adjacent to the hotel. There's a good gym and the breakfast was great. The check in and communication was quite high tech and efficient, but there were plenty of very friendly and helpful staff on hand. "
"Excellent hotel in the heart of Florence—close to all the main attractions, spotless clean, and with staff who are not only friendly but genuinely helpful. I absolutely loved my stay here and will gladly return every time I visit Florence."
"Hotel was exceptional in all aspects. Great location, wonderful staff, well maintained and excellent breakfast. We would highly recommend and would certainly return ourselves."
"Very nice room, well-appointed with very comfortable bed, full-featured bath, in-room coffee maker (nespresso) and fridge. Very near main train station and the Duomo. "
"This is a great place to stay in Florence if you’re willing to walk 15 mins to the city center. The hotel is a 2 min walk from the train station which means it’s noisy, but extremely convenient! No hassle dragging luggage down bumpy roads. Just turn a sound machine for some white noise on your phone :) The complimentary breakfast and staff were also wonderful! "
