"Highly highly recommend. The hotel is small and intimate in a residential area away from the touristy chaos.
I couldn't find the check in instructions so sent a message via expedia and the owner Francesco called me within minutes with instructions.
Very soft pillows, great hair dryer, tea, espresso and snacks provided 24/7. Anddd, aside from a cute breakfast pastry buffet, Francesco cooks each guest pre-selected breakfast meals (I got the veggie omelet both mornings), and is present to answer...

"We had a lovely stay at The Hoxton. Beautifully furnished throughout, with an amazing bathroom and fab courtyard area for drinks. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were very welcoming. The location is slightly out of the main town but means it’s nice and quiet and there are a few cafes around that feel very local and authentic. We’d definitely stay here again if we returned to Florence! "

"I loved this hotel! It’s in a great area where you can easily get around — everything is within walking distance.
It’s close to the train station and all the main attractions. I literally never had to take any transportation; it was just a six-minute walk from the station to the hotel, which was super convenient.
The room was clean — it doesn’t include breakfast or anything like that, but since everything is nearby, that wasn’t a problem.
For me, it’s a 10 out of 10! The room was perfect and...
