We stayed in this hotel for 2 days/nights and enjoyed it very much! Check-in was very good, with friendly staff, refreshing drinks upon arrival and our room was ready for us a couple hours earlier than we expected. Staff in the entire hotel was very nice, always with a smile and willing to help you. We enjoyed the pool, the restaurant (for both breakfast and dinner) and the lobby bar (excellent cocktails). And on the day of our departure we could stay a couple hours longer in our room to have extra time for a swim and a shower before we had to go to the airport. Taxi was also arranged within minutes! Very good service, thank you staff of Smy Pisa Tower!

Room was clean enough and good condition. However it was our last night after various stops over Italy, and all we wanted was to check in, hang out by the pool and get some food in the restaurant. We got there and to our surprise (there was no information when booking) the pool was shut until July and the restaurant was not open in the evening for some unknown reason. So we stayed in the room and ordered a McDonalds - hardly what we hoped for. Breakfast was decent enough and the man was very polite. All in all it's a very weird hotel. Fairly well decorated and has the potential to have nice facilities.

First impression when entering the hotel was great: general manager Luigi was really showing excellent customer service attitude and welcomed us with offering drink which was a wonderful gesture as we were really exhausted after waiting long time at the airport and our flight been cancelled. It felt like entering to a paradise after chaos at the airport and our stress levels went down. Also lady at the reception (Tiziana?) was so pleasant and having a great customer service attitude. Location of the hotel is amazing, just a few kilometres from the airport and we had a view to the Pisa tower. Even though very peaceful place, a big garden around and a great pool area. Our room was also excellent, large balcony with chairs, table and even sunbeds. In the room very comfortable good quality bed and lovely sofa area, and also very special resting chairs. Spacy bathroom and shower. And all very clean. Breakfast and dinner as well good fine dining quality and service was excellent (thanks Francisco!). When even having possibility to have late check-out with reasonable cost and enjoy Toscana sun at the pool with snacks and then even drinks as the compliment from manager all was worth of every penny! I would love to stay longer and I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who has high standards for accomdation. We were refreshed to travel then back home and got this a very positive memory replacing earlier troubles with our flight. Thanks a lot! Br. Pia

A joke of a 5 Star hotel The hotel was bad maintained, Inside the pool looked like something they made themselves, Luckily our room had 2 shower stalls, as one of them had loose tiles so old water was splashing up when you steppet on them. AC was stopping randomly during the night, so you had to get up and start it again. Backside of the hotel, against the pool looked terrible, top floor looked lige they were just using it as storage Will never visit again

We recently came back from a week's stay and couldn't be happier with our experience. Firstly the reception staff were smiling, welcoming and professional. The Manager Luigi personally came over and introduced himself and couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay. We had a couple of very minor issues with the room which they addressed very quickly and without any inconvenience while we were near the pool. He would regularly make a point of asking how we were during our stay. The restaurant Manager Francesco and server Ivan - who looked after us most days were also very friendly and welcoming. We chose to eat breakfast on the terrace outside of the restaurant each day to make the most of the poolside setting and beautiful weather and they always accommodated this without question. Nothing was too much trouble. David who was on the main bar was always smiling and chatty and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. He would bring drinks out to the pool and go the extra mile when it came to making drinks extra special. The hotel was always clean and is in a superb location walking distance of the tower and main areas with Pisa. The pool area and loungers were really modern and felt up market as did the hotel in general. Highly recommend.

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht mit Pool und Restaurant. Leider war der Pool in Renovation und das Restaurant und alle Gastroangebote geschlossen. Das wurde uns zwar ein paar Tage vorher per Mail angekündigt, ein Storno war aber trotzdem nicht möglich. Das Hotel wird zwar renoviert, für uns war es enttäuschend, da auch der Preis recht hoch war.
