"Hotel Horto Convento provided a wonderful experience and allowed me to fully rest and recharge during my travels through Italy. The hotel itself is incredibly comfortable and remarkably quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. The location is excellent—it is an easy walk to downtown Florence, and there are plenty of outstanding restaurants nearby. To top it off, breakfast was included in the stay, and the fresh cappuccinos were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend staying here!"

"The location of the hotel was very convenient to walk from the train station and to visit the city. The staff, in particular Giovanni, were very helpful. Giovanni really helped us navigate and discover interesting locations to visit and recommended the best shops. The room is small for two. But not unexpected in this type of European city. "La Torre Del Cestello was in a lovely location. The air conditioning worked amazingly. The hosts were kind and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the cleaners were great. Unfortunately, the waterfall shower made an extremely load jackhammering sound when we tried to use it, and the Wi-Fi was so unreliable we had to rely on using our data. The TV was not a smart TV, which is fine, but the channels available had a bad signal and were very pixelated. Overall, we had a good stay, but the amenities left something to be desired."

"The location of this hotel can’t be beat. You are in the heart of everything. The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. The only suggestion is to request a room in the main building. Our room was in their second building which faces the city street and it was loud on night. The rooms in the main building face inward and do not have this problem. When we said something to the front desk, they immediately looked to move us showing their excellent customer service."

"First time in Italy and what a great introduction to Florence with this great hotel in the middle of this vibrant city. The staff was fun and amazing giving good advice where to dine at traditional restaurants that is walking distance. The best part is the upstairs indoor outdoor breakfast area with good selection of pastry, eggs, bacon etc even fresh honeycomb honey u can spoon it right out. In the evening outdoor terrace serves drinks and cocktail overlooking the city of Florence for a beautiful sunset. The elevator was a bit small and if u took the stairs was a little confusing but that was part of the charm and character of this hotel that made it special. I truly felt like i was experiencing Italy in this hotel and that's what makes traveling most enjoying."
