"This was our second time visiting Florence, staying at Astra. We loved the beauty of the rooms and surrounding gardens. The staff were very nice and helpful. It's the perfect blend of amenities and self-service for us. We had a B&B-style breakfast and service with 5-star rooms and vibes."

"Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"

The cleaning staff are impeccably efficient and energetic and have a wonderful sense of humor. We see the same people every year and they remember us. Thank you all!"

"Perfect location and friendly staff. The room overlooks the street but the river is right outside the door and near the bridge that was amazing nightlife experience. I would stay here again when we travel back!"
