Interior of vacation home does need an update. Garden was beautiful and completely fenced which was very nice for our dachshund.😉"

"Séjour très agréable, avec un passage régulier de la gouvernante pour l’arrosage extérieur et du pisciniste, tous deux très gentils. La grande piscine, le tennis ainsi que la table de Ping Pong permettent des activités extérieures variées . La maison offre de beaux volumes et la cuisine est très bien équipée. "Séjour du 10 au 17 Aout 2024 Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette villa de plein pied, totalement conforme aux photos. Confort optimal et propreté sont au rendez-vous. Rien ne manque, tout est prevu. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de Patrick et de son épouse, avec en prime, un très beau panier garni de fruits et de légumes bien frais. A noter également , leur grande disponibilité. "Séjour très agréable, dans un domaine un peu isolé, assez vaste mais plutôt escarpé (beaucoup de montées et descentes à prévoir pour accéder au centre depuis le bungalow). Piscine, tennis, ping-pong à volonté. Petit bémol concernant la buanderie, très insuffisante pour un domaine de cette taille, tant en capacité de machines qu'en horaires d'accès ! Région vraiment magnifique, à découvrir pour tous."

"Mike and Ellie have set an exceedingly high bar for their competition with this house. Everything you possibly think off has been provided with wonderful finishing touches to make the house a real home (if only for your holiday). The pool area has been positioned so that the sun is on it all day, beds for everyone, dining table and chairs and settees to relax on. The perfect location for a relaxing holiday for a small family of for two couples. ten out of ten!"

"With a beautiful location, comfortable and brilliantly equipped house and such warm and welcoming hosts in Sam and Al, we couldn't have asked for more. We had a blissful week of sun and swimming as well as exploring the area but there's so much to do that I'm sure we'll be back. Highly recommended! "

"We stayed one night at Le Chevalier Bleu and really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location is convenient for walking around Monpazier. We would definitely stay there again."

"Bonjour, Trés bien. Les petits déjeunés sont TRES BONS !!!! Juste attention à la propreté. Il ya vait des petits cheveux dans la baignoire + miroir de la porte d'entrée sale + sur les rideau 1 punaise."

"Everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive. The Chateau looks amazing on arrival and even more so in the evening. It has a fabulous pool area and the views over the surround countryside are stunning. Our room was lovely which also had amazing views. There is parking on site and we had breakfast booked which was good. The village is a stones throw and definitely worth going to visit. "

"After reading the reviews we decided to take a punt and book the holiday. I’m so glad we did! All the reviews (good and bad) are spot on. The property is ‘rustic’. There are no frills but the layout of the house was perfect for 2 families and it is spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. We all forgot towels and Lucie was at the door before I had even signed off. "

Le Magnolia, 4 bedroom house with private pool in the Lot et Garonne

Amazing relaxing week

"We have just had a great week at David’s house. 2 families with late teens and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is massive and has everything you need and more. The bedrooms had very comfy beds and plenty of plug sockets. There is also a huge lounge with extra dining area and TV. The pool was fantastic, we all felt very relaxed by the end of the week. The town is only a 5 min walk away, with a small shop and a couple of restaurants. We ate in Chez Plissy, lovely food and wine. Another bonus for us was the dark sky, we saw more stars than anywhere before and plenty of shooting stars too. Overall a great holiday home with a fantastic host who couldn’t have done more for us. Would definitely recommend."
