Not only loud pick ups and school buses, but also construction vehicles working several blocks away. There is a really special cafe and bookstore a few buildings away. Three Pines-ish (see Louise Penny) cafe and if you ask, the barista will add a cinnamon or cocoa three pines. Almost too beautiful to drink. "
