"The property had no elevator our room was on the 4th floor. After 25 minutes we finally got a rep on the phone. He offered a room on the 2nd floor saying we could store our luggage in their secure storage lockers. Our luggage didn't fit into their locker. I'm 79 my wife is 67 there's no was either or both of us could get a 50 lb suitcase up a 35 foot curved staircase. We told the rep this and left going to another hotel. "Everything with the unit was good except parking is a very big challenge. You cannot get within 3-4 blocks of the unit with a car because it is in a restricted area. The stairwell to get to the unit is very dark, narrow and winding. It was very difficult to manage luggage. The host needs to provide more detail about these things before arrival."
