"Very friendly and hospitable staff who made us and our two small

very welcome. The hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning - sitting on our terrace, or on the breakfast room with its picture windows, and looking at the magnificent ocean was wonderful. It's a short and lovely walk along the coast to restaurants and then a bit further to the centre of Batz-sur-Mer. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!"

"Hotel simple, clean and comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom. Setting quiet, a wee bit out of town but that's okay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast too which was a continental selection with reasonable choice. I loved the automatic window shutters on the room."

"Good basic chain hotel. Comfortable. Lift. Breakfast was a bit expensive at €12 but good selection and staff tolerant of late eaters! Shower floor slippery (as per usual: i carry a mat with me now that I'm old and fragile). 7 mins walk (uphill) from station which is itself right in town centre by the old port."

"We took the last room for our 2 nights stay - it was a ground floor handicap room that we were not made aware of. We will not make this mistake again. The hotel is in a perfect location for town & beach it’s a wonderful part of France."

"Staff were lovely, breakfast was decent and room was clean and comfortable. Location is in the middle of a retail park - views of a Lidl and decathlon superstore and lots of parking lots. Spa was additional cost and not of any note. Isn’t the same as it comes across as on the website. 30 min walk to the centre of Pornic. Not really a relaxing ‘spa hotel’ - more a utilitarian building in the middle of a dull area with a room with a hot tub in. "
