This Brévinoise built in 1930 is 95m² on a closed and tree-lined plot of 680m². The house has 4 bedrooms (2 double beds of 140 + 4 single beds of 90), including one through room and one located in a studio adjacent to the house, thus able to accommodate up to 6 people.
The independent kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle etc. ... The dining room-living room (fireplace not available) gives access to the terrace overlooking the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection. A bathroom and an independent WC complete this part of the house. In the studio adjacent to the house, you have a shower bed (140 bed) and a bathroom with WC.
