"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."

Pas de vue piscine, un balcon sans réelle vue sur la mer , on nous promet une terrasse où bronzer, ah manque de bol, la vue est coupée par un mur. J’ai envoyé 3 mails à l’hôtel avant d’arriver : aucune réponse. Quand j’ai appelé pour savoir si transferts ou taxi et combien prévoir on m’a répondu sèchement que je n’avais qu’à demander au taxi. And the listing clearly says microwave (there wasn’t one) and laundry facilities (there were but not for guest access). That last was a huge issue but with a lot of pressure we were given access to the washer/dryer. "
