"Our stay was very satisfactory. It was very clean. It’s perfect location for Holiday World, 10min away. Service was good. Breakfast goes quick and it’s in a smallish space but the majors are offered. All areas were very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great. We will stay again. "

"This is our second year to stay at this house. We love the location. Great grandchildren spend every day in the water park and rides. Because of my arthritis, I take my sewing machine to sew on my quilts. "

"Stayed in a family suite. Water and shower were hot. Room is dated but very clean. Beds we’re comfortable. Breakfast lady was a pleasure to talk to and breakfast area was kept very clean. Coffee was good. Would stay there again. "

"This was our second visit, knowing that our large family would once again enjoy all that this Southern Indiana cabin has to offer!The cabin was clean; tidy; well-stocked with needed kitchen, bedroom, and bath items; and completely ready to go for our family's stay.It is located on a quiet country road that delivered tranquility and the opportunity for our grandchildren to explore the woods, creek, and area in general, and experience the beauty of nature.Holiday World and Santa Claus, Indiana, are just a short 17-minute drive away, and other day trip destinations - lakes, caves, lovely small towns, historical sites, hiking trails and forests, and so on - are not much farther.And the owner, Emily, is incredibly responsive to all communications.We look forward to returning many times in the coming years!"

"This was an enjoyable stay with family close to the Patoka Lake marinas and easily accessing French Lick. Pros: Excellent climate control to fight the hot July weather. Inside was always comfortable. The wifi was really impressive for being off the path. This really helped with pivoting to new plans and handling remote work.The outdoor gathering areas were ideal for a family of 5 catching up. Loved the pet friendly location. The dog was safe and well away from any traffic. Cons: When we arrived the cabin had not been cleaned from the previous guests. They showed up in about an hour after contacting and got everything squared away. Hot tub was broke on arrival and didn't hold water overnight. (Fixed on day 2 of the stay).The driveway to the cabin was tumultuous when we arrived. Crews came out and fixed a lot on day 2.The sink drain seemingly dismantled on the last night of the visit. The access to the lake was more difficult than depicted online. There are kayaks and if you don't mind pushing through some brush you can get out on the lake. Overall: A very nice stay. An unusual amount of visitors fixing things about the property, but they were all delightful to interact with. "
