The residence has a wooded park and a communal swimming pool (25 x 12 m, 120-220 cm deep) open from 15/06 to 15/09 (subject to prefectoral measures).
Close to a mini-market (handy for running small errands), this holiday rental is ideal for its location: direct access to the beach, swimming pool, shops, sports activities (Grand Stade des Capellans offering tennis, padel, fitness, body-building) and leisure activities (Aqualand).
