Lecques Beautiful villa and large T5 recent air-conditioned standing, very spacious 155 m2 (9 beds) about 1. 5 km from the sea and 500 m from the city center of saint cyr sur mer, on 600 m of garden with barbecue.
9 beds bedding: 2 beds of 160, 2 beds 140, 1 bed 90: all great brands very comfortable
closed garage to store bicycles, motorbikes, sailboards ... more carport (4 places).
On the ground floor: large space: living room dining room kitchen of 60 square meters, large bedroom with bathroom and separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms including a master suite of 17 m2 with dressing room, bathroom and separate WC.
Equipment: WIFI, TV 126 with USB port, air conditioning, electric gate, oven, microwave grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, barbecue, 2 deckchairs, toaster, coffee maker, kettle.

Komfortabel

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Es bietet Platz und Raum... wir waren zu viert und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Wenige Minuten zu Fuss ist der schöne Marktplatz. Zu Fuss zum Meer dauert es etwa 25 Minuten über schöne ruhige Wege. Vielen Dank für alles.

Enjoyable week in this beautiful area.

Stayed for one week in June, the property is very spacious and the owners very friendly and helpful. The property is a short walk from a lovely square with bars and restaurants and well situated for visiting the various resorts.

"excellentes vacances " nous étions 4 couples et nos vacances ont été très conviviales .La maison est belle ,spacieuse et lumineuse .Les literies sont très confortables .La maison est bien décorée .Le jardin nous a permis de manger dehors en terrasse et de faire des grillades .Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme ,la proximité du centre ville et des plages

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette villa. Elle était assez spacieuse pour nous accueillir à 9 adultes. Elle est très fonctionnelle, les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté, le calme, l'abri fermé pour nos trois véhicules et la proximité des plages, magasins et restaurants, etc ... La propriétaire très gentille et serviable.
