Par contre personne à la réception lors de mon arrivée à 15h alors qu'il est affiché partout que la réception est ouverte de 7h à 19h, deux numéros de téléphone sont affichés sur la porte et aucun d'eux ne répond. "Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, on-site spa with great services... It's a little piece of heaven. The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. The only criticisms to make are that the bar staff are somewhat amateurish and the food in the restaurant is very limited in choice and poor in quality by Réunion standards. However, on Sunday evening there is very little choice as almost all restaurants in the city are closed."
"We had a wonderful stay at Le Saint Alexis. The location was perfect and the beach access was exceptional! Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. We were three adults traveling - me, my husband, and our daughter. I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious room. The main bedroom was separated by doors to the living area, with a pullout couch for our daughter. The staff were always helpful. The security guards were happily willing to open the upper gates for us when asked so we could park our car closer to our room. The buffet breakfast was excellent and Celine always greeted us with a smile & great conversation! I would highly recommend this hotel to those traveling in the area!"

The rooms were super clean, we didn’t see a single bug (which we were expecting). Had a gecko in the room who lived behind our tv who may have managed the bug situation.
