"The house being rented is the gaurds house next to the road. The yard is fully enclosed and gated. Our family 16 and 19 year olds really enjoyed this property. They got their own rooms with friends. They played pickel ball. We walked to the bakery. We saw fawns in the morning by the castle. The castle is needing renovations to the point that it is condemned. "This Gite is in an excellent spot. Great to explore the Seine river area. Great walks from the Gite. Two villages very near with excellent small local shops. Very quite to relax at the end of busy days. La Boulle is very easy to get to with the free ferry and a couple of great bars. Good parking, easy access, lovely garden to explore.All good. Peter "
