I had found this rock when I left the tour group and walked Bathsheba Beach to the North. The building has been a part of several TV shows and music videos. I believe one of them was The Bold and the Beautiful.

"This was a very spacious and beautiful villa! We rented both houses and cabin so we had the entire property to ourselves. However, there were baby frogs, millipedes, and small lizards everywhere, mostly outside but some in the common areas and in some of the rooms. Maybe it was just that time of year for them but kinda creepy/yucky. The views were beautiful and I liked being away from the tourist areas and secluded. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"

"Nadia and Barbara were excellent communicators. Apartment has wonderful ocean views and is close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Bakery is opposite and Eddys supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. Also a short walk from the bus station. Apartment has everything you could think off to make for an enjoyable stay. This was our 2nd visit and we’ll be back. "
