Appartement état neuf avec une très belle salle de bain. Écran de télévision trop petit par rapport à la distance du canapé, un détail et pas de cafetière… Pas de climatisation avec un appartement mansardé éclairé et ventilé par un velux… Appartement situé sur l artère principale d entrée à St flour. Donc velux fermé c est intenable, velux ouvert la nuit on ne peut pas dormir, le ventilateur brassant de l air chaud. La température extérieure étant supérieure à 30 degrés on est parti un jour plus tôt. On attend un geste commercial… Au bureau d accueil je demande le premier jour une facture pour mon CE : « je suis sur un autre logiciel je la mets ce soir sous votre porte ». Deux jours après j ai redemandé la facture car on partait, épuisé pat cette chaleur insupportable.

Appartement très propre , conforme à la description sauf la photo qui ne correspond pas au logement. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Proche de la ville, on peut tout faire a pied. Aucun problème pour la remise des clés Pas de problème pour se garer, dans la rue ou parking à 50m.Seul bémol, nous étions côté rue Dr Mallet, et c'est une rue passante.... même la nuit. Pour ne pas être embêté il faut fermer le velux, donc quand il fait chaud c'est pas top!

En déplacement professionnel dans le secteur de St Flour, j'ai séjourné dans l'un des hébergements proposé par la Résidence Appart'en Ville. Résidence propre, sécurisée et calme avec la possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité La cuisine est toutefois un peu rudimentaire, suffisante pour un séjour de quelques jours, mais un peu limite pour une durée plus longue. Tout s'est bien passé sauf, au début où la température était trop importante à cause du Vélux. Penser à la climatisation pour ce studio !
